Hi, I’m Mikhail Dawkins — a tech-savvy problem solver with over 10 years of experience in systems engineering, SaaS implementation, technical support, and automating the boring stuff.

I’ve worked with teams at Digicel and Zerion Software to keep systems reliable, onboard clients seamlessly, and deliver solutions that just work. Whether it's fixing production issues under pressure or scripting my way out of manual tasks, I love making things more efficient and dependable.

I’m passionate about continuous learning, clean documentation, and well-oiled processes. Outside of tech, I’m a proud husband, dad, a loyal Chelsea FC supporter (yes, even during the rough seasons), and a big believer in personal growth. I’m always working on leveling up, not just technically, but mentally and spiritually too.

Some books that have shaped my mindset include The Process of Realization and Outsmarting Reality. I’m always building something, whether it’s a better workflow or a better version of myself.
